• Albert Chang (Advisor on Database Structure and Management) Mr. Chang is an independent consultant experienced in large scale database structure, management and monetization in healthcare. Mr. Chang served as Managing Director, Data Structure and Operations for SK&A-Cegedim, a $3 billion international public company. His work included management, structure and monetization of a database with 7 million healthcare professional data records. In addition, Mr. Chang has extensive operational and strategic experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Chang earned a BS from Lehigh and an MBA from University of Delaware.

• David Hays (Advisor on Strategy and Financial Services Segment) Mr. Hays is the founder, president and senior consultant of Comprehensive Financial Consultants, Inc. (CFC). His firm was chartered to deliver financial planning and investment advice to individuals, businesses, retirement plans and not-for-profit organizations. Started over twenty years ago, Comprehensive Financial Consultants now has over 3,000 client relationships and is trusted with nearly $350 million in assets across the country. David is a graduate of the University of Indiana.

• Peter Moriarty (Advisor on Strategy and Pharmaceutical/Biotech Segment) Mr. Moriarty has extensive pharmaceutical industry and entrepreneurial experience. He was a founder of Shire Pharmaceuticals (currently a $5 billion international pharmaceutical company) and has worked extensively in the pharmaceutical industry. He is also a founder of several companies focused on increasing pharmaceutical sales force productivity and enhancing pharmaceutical companies’ relationships with their physician customers by the appropriate and cost-effective use of remote communication technology. He is currently co-founder, Chairman and Chief executive Officer of Prismic Pharmaceuticals Inc., a prescription-based medical foods company.

• Jeff O’Sammon (Advisor on Web Strategy and Presentation) Mr. O’Sammon is a Media Professional based in San Francisco for over 30 years. His work includes video production and media creation for corporate clients including Schwab, Apple, Cisco, and Clorox. He has also developed websites for a number of private and non-profit organizations. Mr. O’Sammon is Senior Editor and Producer for Oracle having worked with them for 15 years. His work includes creation of branding guidelines, animations and videos for the Digital Media Group, as well as procedure and operations.  His latest You Tube video of Oracle CEO Larry Ellison generated 1.7 million hits in a day.

TSG’s experienced Management Team has been successful in building and monetizing web-based businesses utilizing large-scale database structures and highly effective e-mail communications programs. Our Management Team includes:

• William Crossman (CEO) Mr. Crossman is an experienced entrepreneur who has started and managed companies from conception to sale or acquisition. His experience includes successful business development and fundraising of amounts in excess of $10 million for companies in both industrial markets and healthcare. He currently serves as CEO of Phoenix Pharma Labs, a private company developing a non-addictive alternative to oxycodone. Mr. Crossman is a graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy (Kings Point) and holds an MBA from the Haas School at UC Berkeley.

• Greg Troxler (Senior VP - Data Manager) Mr. Troxler is experienced in large-scale multi-level data structure and mining, including building, maintaining and monetizing databases with registered participants having multiple attribute sets.

• Beth Montague (Senior VP - Communications Manager) Ms. Montague has a strong track record of above industry average large-scale e-mail and survey program success. Her expertise has enabled clients to achieve success in e-mail programs with send/completion, open and click-through action rates 5-10 times industry averages.
